The full-time role (Monday through Friday, 9-5) is an in-person position at our office in Fort Worth, Texas.

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Social Media Manager to lead our social media team and elevate our clients’ online presence. This role will oversee a team of Social Media Coordinators, guiding them in developing and executing high-impact social media campaigns that align with our clients’ goals of advancing legislative priorities, political education, and conservative activism. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a proven track record in social media management, exceptional team leadership skills, and a passion for the conservative movement.

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Social Media Coordinators, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment to ensure high-quality campaign execution.
  • Strategy Development: Partner with WFWM’s leadership and clients to develop comprehensive social media strategies that align with brand voices, goals, and messaging for conservative activism.
  • Campaign Oversight: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of social media campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and others.
  • Content Direction: Guide the creation of compelling visuals, videos, and captions, ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights to refine strategies and maximize engagement and reach.
  • Content Calendar Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of content calendars to ensure consistent, timely, and strategic posting.
  • Trend & Innovation Leadership: Stay ahead of social media trends, tools, and technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and ensuring WFWM remains a leader in the digital space.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other WFWM departments and client organizations to align social media efforts with broader marketing and advocacy objectives.
  • Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding social media strategies, providing regular updates and strategic recommendations.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all content meets high standards of creativity, accuracy, and alignment with client objectives and WFWM’s mission.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media management, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and team leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of social media professionals, fostering creativity, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Expertise in social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, or similar platforms, and scheduling tools like Metricool.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for the conservative movement and a commitment to advancing its goals through innovative digital strategies.
  • Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
