Job Summary
West Fort Worth Management (WFWM) is recruiting Inbound Marketing Implementation Specialists to join our team. This role is part of WFWM’s broader mission to train and equip the next generation of conservative leaders in marketing, technology, and campaign strategy.
As an Inbound Marketing Implementation Specialist, you’ll help bridge digital marketing strategy and marketing automation — contributing to real-world client projects, learning how inbound funnels drive engagement, and supporting data-driven efforts that directly impact campaign and organizational success.
Responsibilities
- Support client onboarding and implementation of inbound marketing systems within the Campaign Nucleus platform.
- Configure and test marketing automation workflows, email campaigns, and CRM integrations.
- Assist in developing and launching inbound campaigns, including landing pages, lead magnets, and follow-up sequences.
- Conduct performance tracking and provide insights to improve conversion and engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and client success teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Optional: Contribute to web content development, analytics dashboards, or campaign optimization projects.
Qualifications
- Current college/university students or recent graduates (Marketing, Communications, Business, Political Science, or related field preferred).
- Strong commitment to Christian conservative values and mission-driven work.
- A desire to learn inbound marketing principles, digital funnels, or CRM platforms (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in G Suite and Microsoft Office; familiarity with HTML or marketing analytics is a plus.
- A fast learner who is detail-oriented, resourceful, and eager to work at the intersection of marketing, technology, and campaigns.
