West Fort Worth Management (WFWM) is a dynamic and innovative political consulting firm dedicated to helping our clients thrive. As a Social Media intern at WFWM, you will have the opportunity to shape conservative narratives and drive cultural change.
As a Social Media intern, you will play a pivotal part in developing and executing effective social media campaigns for our clients. You will collaborate with other WFWM departments and client organizations to craft and deliver engaging content that drives legislative priorities, political education, and conservative activism.

Responsibilities
- Daily management and posting of social media content for a specific key client.
- Create content promotion plans for special projects and coordinate with teams accordingly.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique brand voice, goals, and messaging, and translate these into compelling social media content.
- Create visually compelling graphics using Canva, ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and supports marketing objectives.
- Write strategic captions that resonate with target audiences and align with client objectives.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and timely delivery of content.
- Analyze performance metrics across social media platforms, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and adjust content strategies based on data insights to optimize engagement and reach.
- Monitor social media trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for innovation and growth.
Qualifications
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills, time management abilities, and a track record of meeting deadlines.
- Proven experience in social media coordination, with a portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and content.
- Proficiency in using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms for creating eye-catching visuals.
- Familiarity and proficiency with scheduling platforms such as Metricool to effectively plan and manage social media content calendars.
- Openness to giving and receiving constructive feedback, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
